Previously, each individual appointment within a repeat booking was displayed separately, making it a little tricky to keep track of all your future appointments.
Now, with our new “Booking Sets” feature, we’ve grouped all your upcoming repeat bookings together, so you can see and manage them in one simple view.
How does it work?
It’s pretty simple! You’ll now see your bookings organised into two sections:
- Repeat bookings – This is where your repeat bookings live. When you click on a repeat booking, you’ll see a summary of all your future appointments in that set, making it easier to plan ahead and make any necessary changes.
- One-time bookings – Your single bookings will remain neatly listed here, so you can still find them quickly.
No more clicking through multiple pages to find your upcoming cleanings or services. Everything is in one place!
Who benefits from this?
While this feature is particularly helpful for customers with repeat bookings, it will also improve the user experience for anyone who has a One-Time booking. You’ll still enjoy an updated layout on your Booking List page. As always, completed and cancelled bookings will stay the same, so there’s no need to worry about changes to past appointments.
